1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bdbk ("bdbk", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bdbk platform, website, mobile browser interface, games, betting services, and all associated features available at bdbk.io (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing a game, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms. Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the bdbk Privacy Policy and the bdbk Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and bdbk.

bdbk reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bdbk will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via a notification on the Platform. 2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the bdbk Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. bdbk operates a strict 21+ policy. Players under the age of 21 are not permitted to register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting activity on the Platform. bdbk reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• Residency: The Platform is designed for and directed at players resident in Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons under any legal disability or who are subject to any order restricting their capacity to contract may not register or use the Platform.

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one bdbk account. Multiple accounts, accounts held on behalf of another person, and accounts created using false or third-party identity information are strictly prohibited.

3. Account Registration & KYC Verification

3.1 Registration

To access the full functionality of the bdbk Platform, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and mobile number. You must keep this information updated at all times.

bdbk reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason, and to close any account that was opened on the basis of inaccurate or misleading information.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bdbk is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing the first withdrawal. KYC verification requires the submission of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence clearly showing your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official document dated within the last three months showing your current residential address in Bangladesh.
• Payment Method Verification: Where deposits have been made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket, bdbk may request a screenshot or statement confirming that the registered mobile number matches the account holder.

KYC documents are typically reviewed within 2 to 4 hours of submission during standard operating hours (BST, UTC+6). bdbk may request additional documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdbk account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials will be treated as your own activity and you will be held responsible for it. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify bdbk support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Currency

All transactions on the bdbk Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Account balances, game stakes, winnings, bonuses, and all monetary values displayed on the Platform are denominated in BDT. No foreign currency conversion is applied to player transactions.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

bdbk currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at bdbk's discretion. The payment methods available to your account may vary depending on your verification status and location within Bangladesh.

4.3 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method and your account tier.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your bdbk account balance instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• bdbk does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits originating from third-party accounts will be reversed and the sending account may be suspended.
• bdbk does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. bdbk is not responsible for any fees levied by your payment provider.

4.4 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day; current limits are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account dashboard.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. bdbk reserves the right to return funds to the original deposit source before processing a withdrawal to an alternative account.
• Withdrawals for accounts that have completed KYC verification are processed within 15 to 60 minutes during standard operating hours (BST, UTC+6). Withdrawals requested outside peak hours may take up to 4 hours.
• bdbk reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting updated KYC documents or a source-of-funds declaration for large withdrawals.
• Any outstanding bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before a withdrawal of bonus-related winnings can be processed. Real-money balance not connected to a bonus may be withdrawn at any time subject to the minimum withdrawal threshold.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bdbk offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cricket season promotions, and seasonal offers tied to Bangladeshi events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the BPL cricket season. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions and to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, table games, and certain high-RTP slots may contribute at a reduced rate or be excluded entirely. The contribution rate for each game category is specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion terms. Uncompleted bonuses expire at the end of the specified period and are forfeited without compensation.
• Bonus Abuse: bdbk employs monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay risk, and coordinated betting with other players. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonus balances forfeited and may be permanently suspended.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on a player account at any given time unless the individual promotion terms state otherwise.

5.2 Withdrawal of Bonus Offers

bdbk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus is withdrawn after it has been accepted by a player, the player will be given a reasonable opportunity to complete any active wagering requirements unless the withdrawal is the result of suspected bonus abuse or a breach of these Terms.

6. Gameplay & Fair Play

All games available on the bdbk Platform operate using certified random-number generation (RNG) technology. The RNG systems used by bdbk's game providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — are independently audited to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and not predictable, manipulable, or biased in favour of the house beyond the stated return-to-player (RTP) percentage.

6.1 Game Rules

It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before participating. bdbk accepts no responsibility for losses arising from a player's failure to understand the applicable game rules.

6.2 Malfunctions and Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game error, bdbk reserves the right to void any bets or game rounds affected by the error. Where a game round is voided, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's account balance. No compensation will be payable for any perceived winnings arising from a malfunction or error. bdbk's decision regarding the handling of a malfunction is final.

6.3 Sports Betting

For cricket and other sports betting markets, bdbk publishes odds prior to events and may adjust odds at any time before the bet is accepted. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, the odds are locked. Bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed, or abandoned will be settled in accordance with the specific sports betting rules applicable to the relevant market, which are available in the sports betting section of the Platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdbk Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in permanent account closure and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Multiple Accounts: Opening, using, or benefiting from more than one bdbk account, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or at any other time; impersonating another person; using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, reversal, or dispute with your payment provider in relation to any bdbk transaction without first contacting bdbk support. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and recovery proceedings.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, automated betting systems, or any other software designed to interact with the Platform in a manner not available to ordinary human players.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing cards in live poker, coordinating bets in sports markets, or any other form of collaborative cheating.
• Exploiting Errors: Deliberately exploiting any Platform error, software bug, or pricing mistake to place bets or play games at incorrect odds or stakes. Any winnings derived from exploiting errors will be voided.
• Money Laundering: Using the bdbk Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. bdbk is obligated to report suspected financial crime activity to relevant authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the bdbk Platform — including but not limited to the bdbk brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, images, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and all other material — is the property of bdbk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, transmit, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of bdbk.

The game titles, logos, and associated materials provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remain the exclusive intellectual property of their respective owners. bdbk's right to present these games to players is governed by separate licensing agreements with each provider.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

11. Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Suspension by bdbk

bdbk reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or any other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspected use of multiple accounts or third-party account access.
• Initiation of an unjustified chargeback with a payment provider.
• Any activity that bdbk reasonably considers to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

Upon suspension, bdbk will conduct an investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the account will be permanently closed and any balance may be forfeited to the extent permitted by applicable law. If the investigation clears the account, it will be reinstated and any held balance will be returned.

11.2 Voluntary Closure

You may close your bdbk account at any time by contacting support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Prior to closure, any outstanding bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited. Any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to your verified withdrawal account.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdbk's total liability to you in connection with the Platform, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your bdbk account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdbk shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss or damage of any kind.
• Any loss arising from a force majeure event, including but not limited to telecommunications network failures, internet outages, power failures, acts of government, natural disasters, or any other event outside bdbk's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Any loss arising from the actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• Any loss arising from a technical malfunction, game error, or Platform outage, beyond the return of the affected stake as described in Section 6.2.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13. Amendments to These Terms

bdbk may amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes affecting withdrawal rights, bonus terms, or eligibility requirements — bdbk will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' advance notice via a prominent notification on the Platform and, where practicable, by email to your registered address.

For minor, administrative, or clarificatory changes, bdbk may update these Terms without prior notice. The updated Terms will be published at bdbk.io/terms-conditions with the revised effective date shown at the top of the page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bdbk operates as a platform directed at the Bangladesh market and acknowledges the laws applicable to its operations in that context.

14.1 Informal Resolution

bdbk encourages players to raise any dispute or complaint informally with the support team in the first instance, via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. The support team will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 5 business days (BST, UTC+6). For complex complaints, an acknowledgement will be sent within 48 hours and a full response within 14 business days.

14.2 Formal Dispute Process

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be escalated to bdbk's senior compliance team. A formal written response will be issued within 28 days of escalation. bdbk's decision following the formal dispute process is final and binding to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
